The James B. Young satchel is an heirloom piece executed with traditional leather working techniques. A full-grain bridle leather has been used in combination with solid brass hardware to create a timeless bag that will stand the tests of modern life. The side gussets of this bag have been wet-formed to achieve a crisp look and a high degree of structural integrity. A traditional saddlers stitch has been used to close this bag - each one hand knotted and locked with wax for a look and quality that cant be replicated by machine.
The Satchel features a large central cavity that will hold a 15” laptop and pen slots and a key attachment. An externally accessed rear sleeve pocket is the perfect place for those notes or slender device you want in easy reach during your A to B.
Ordering: Each bag is handmade to order by James B. Young in his Alice Springs workshop. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the delivery of your bag from the time of purchase.
