Strap edges have been creased and burnished using natural waxes and traditional irons heated on an open spirit flame. Each strap has been lined with the reverse side of kangaroo leather and further consideration of wear has been addressed by employing brass chenier tubing to sleeve the leather turns at the spring-bars and buckle.
The straps are 4.5mm thick at the lug ends tapering to a nimble 2.5mm at the strap and buckle ends for the perfect balance of strength, durability and suppleness.
