The JBY twist tote is a lyrical and functional large volume tote for everyday use.
Twist tote is upstanding, self supporting on a structural wet-formed base. Twist braids ingeniously anchor the bag handles and are fastened by a wrap around belt motif.
The bag has been entirely hand-stitched using a rustic saddlers hand-rolled and waxed linen thread. Elsewhere solid brass saddlers rivets and hobble buckle are a nod to the stockyard leatherwork from which this bag draws inspiration.
The natural finish full-grain bridle shoulder from the UK’s last traditional Oak bark tannery makes this an heirloom piece that will become more beautiful with age.
